Mr. Ke has served as Director of the Company since its incorporation and as Chairman of the Board of the Company since April 2, 2024. He has more than 15 years of experience in the access control equipment industry. He established Shenzhen Keshentong in October 2010 and has served as general manager of Shenzhen Keshentong since June 2017. He also founded Shenzhen Pinganshun in July 2012. From January 2007 to September 2010, Mr. Ke is hardware engineer of Shenzhen Okate Technology Co., Ltd. From September 2003 to September 2006, Mr. Ke was professor at Changsha Vocational and Technical College of Civil Affairs. Mr. Ke graduated from Changsha Vocational and Technical College of Civil Affairs in which he majored in computer science and technology and holds a bachelor’s degree from Beijing Industry University with a major in computer science and technology.
Mr. Gao has served as Chief Executive Officer of Shenzhen Pinganshun since November 2023 and has served as Director of the Company since September 2023. Mr. Gao has more than 15 years of experience in mechatronics and executive management. He has been the chairman of the board of directors and general manager of Guangdong Ueople Media Co., Ltd. since June 2015; supervisor of Shenzhen Hongyang Culture Industry Investment Co., Ltd. since June 2015; general manager and executive director of Shenzhen Reangd Intelligent Technology Co. Ltd. since January 2017; chairman of the board of directors of Ueople Group Holding Co., Limited since September 2018; general manager and executive director of Shenzhen UEOPLE Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. since December 2018; general manager, major shareholder and executive director of Renren Parking (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. since December 2020; general manager, sole shareholder and executive director of Shenzhen UEOPLE Computing Technology Co., Ltd. since September 2021; general manager of Guizhou Zhenyi Xiaowangzi Sauce and Wine Co., Ltd. since August 2022; and partner of JS Capital since February 2024. From June 2009 to January 2017, Mr. Gao was the chief executive officer of Shenzhen Kairui Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. From October 2005 to April 2009, he was the chairman of the board and general manager of Shenzhen Qiaolong Mechanical and Electrical Products Co., Ltd. Mr. Gao graduated from Shandong Labor Vocational and Technology College and obtained qualification of senior technician with national outstanding contributions.
Ms. Chi Tang has served as Chief Financial Officer of Shenzhen Pinganshun since December 1, 2023, and has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since December 1, 2023. She has more than 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. From February 2016 to July 2019, Ms. Tang was vice president and investment director of Guangdong Datang Shengshi Technology Industry Co., Ltd. From August 2012 to December 2015, she was senior manager of Investment Banking Department of Soochow Securities Co., Ltd. Ms. Tang holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting and finance, and finance, respectively, from Saint Mary’s University, a degree of doctor in business administration from Brest Business School.
Ms. Hung has served as a Director of the Company since April 2, 2024. Ms. Hung has years of experience in capital operation, asset management, business management, and project mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Hung founded and has served as Chairman and Executive President of HCC Asset Management Co., Ltd. in 2008, which mainly engages in investment in real estate, jewelry, investment, finance, funds, health drinks, energy, and telecommunications. Since 2012, Ms. Hung has also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gold Lucky Group Holdings Limited, an investment management company. In addition to her business engagement, Ms. Hung founded the Hung Chi Ching Charitable Fund in 2008, which donates to various social initiatives. Ms. Hung obtained a bachelor degree in business administration from James Cook University in Australia in 2003 and a Ph.D. from International American University in 2009.
Mr. See will serve as our director commencing from the SEC’s declaration of effectiveness of our registration statement on Form F-1, of which this prospectus is a part. Mr. See has over 40 years of experience in fund and portfolio management, securities dealing and investment advisory services over the bullion, forex, units trusts, equity and commodity futures markets. Mr. See has held various executive positions of the Hong Kong Securities Professionals Association since 1996 and is currently its committee member. From June 2021 to March 22, Mr. See served as Chief Investment Officer of Gransing Securities Company Limited. Mr. See currently also has been serving as the director of Silverbricks Financial Group Ltd since January, 2024, as managing director of Silverbricks Asset Management Limited since May 2022, and as independent non-executive director of Imperial Pacific International Holdings Limited (HKEX: 1076). Mr. See obtained a Master of Science in Corporate Governance and Directorship from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2006.
Mr. Darren Liu will serve as our director commencing from the SEC’s declaration of effectiveness of our registration statement on Form F-1, of which this prospectus is a part. Mr. Liu has been serving as a lecturer of Graduate School of Law, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies since 2021. Prior to his career in academia, Mr. Liu served as counsel and adjunct secretary to the board of Rongde Culture Group, a media corporation in China from September 2018 to August 2020. Mr. Liu received an LL.M. degree from University of Southern California, an LL.M. degree with focus on intellectual property law from Golden Gate University, and a bachelor of law from Jilin University in China.
Mr. Lai will serve as our director commencing from the SEC’s declaration of effectiveness of our registration statement on Form F-1, of which this prospectus is a part. Mr. Lai has over 40 years of experience in business management. Mr. Lai currently serves as the Vice President of St. Clements University and has been serving in this position since January 2010. Mr. Lai founded Center of Learning Excellence in South China Technology University in January, 2001, and is currently serving as an Overseas Education Coordinator. From January 1995 to January 2001, Mr. Lai served multiple positions in Jackwell Group, including as the CEO. Mr. Lai obtained an MBA from University of Santa Barbara in 1991, a postgraduate diploma in corporate management and strategy from Cyprus Institute of Marketing in 1990, an Electrical Engineering diploma from Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1980, and a diploma of Management Studies from Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1988.

Ms. Xu has more than 10 years’ experience in the financial markets as an investment banker, specializing in US-China cross border transactions. Since October 2018, Ms. Xu has served as the founder of HB International Consulting LLC, a firm providing business consulting and financial advisory services. From November 2008 to October 2018, Ms. Xu worked at TriPoint Global Equities LLC, an investment banking firm, as an analyst (November 2008 to April 2013), the vice president of investment banking (from April 2013 to May 2017) and the senior vice president (from May 2017 to October 2018), leading effort of the US-China cross border investment, mergers & acquisitions, and initial public offerings. Ms. Xu received her Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Sun Yat-Sen (Zhongshan) University in China in 2004 and a Master’s degree in Economics from New York University in 2009.
